Hello friends! Happy Friday! What do you have spending this weekend? It is a rupture of Rodeo (it is an Az thing and I love it), so children are out of school. We are just enjoying some Tucson adventures, fun with friends and enjoying this spring climate. Sending some sun to my frozen friends right now!
I am making a round of the Detox equilibrium right now And feeling incredible. I was planning to start our community in January, but everyone else at home became ill with a cold/virus, so I stopped after one day. I needed to change my approach to immunity, and I could stay healthy while I took care of everyone else.
Now that retirement is over and things are a little calmer, it was a good opportunity to upload it for 14 days. You can read more about my previous detoxification experiences here. This focuses on high nutrients and many fresh and integral foods, so it is quite easy to continue with it. (It is worth mentioning here that jumps the days of fasting).

Steak! This is one of our favorite local events, and the funds support veterans and military families. They have a live auction (they auctioned a tesla this year, which was quite great!) And a silent auction, a delicious dinner (the seafood area this year was Amaaaaazing), drinks. And dancing. I always love the opportunity to dress and celebrate with the pilot and friends.
