- Frozen Cauliflower Tots of 16 OZ (Good & Reth brand)
- 3 bags Buffalo Ranch Missions Protein Chipsfinely crushed
- 2 eggs, beaters
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
- ¼ cup ranch
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons of green onion, sliced
- 2 pieces of bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of blue cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven at 350 F and prepare a large baking sheet with scroll paper.
- Place crushed fries, beaten eggs and flour in their own shallow bowls. Cover the frozen tots in the flour, cover in egg washing and finally cover in crushed chips.
- Place on the baking and bake tray for 20-23 minutes. Transfer to a tray to serve.
