Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend? We’re heading to the pumpkin patch with friends and taking the team to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamcoatLiv knows how to dance and I teach a barre class. I’m also looking forward to working on my High performance health certification.
Sending prayers for all my friends affected by the recent hurricanes (first Helene and now Milton). It has been heartbreaking to see the devastation and I am praying for the safety of you and your family.

I finally started looking Nobody wants this and I’m officially hooked.
P went to a basketball game with friends last week, so the pilot and I took Liv on a date to see what’s new. beetle juice movie. My expectations were loooong but I was pleasantly surprised. We liked that it poked fun at the original movie and we all really enjoyed it.
I love this book so far. It is beautifully written and a quick read.

The girls made this Trader Joe’s pie combo. Simply spread the frosting over the cake and top with your food coloring-free sprinkles. Boom! So cute and festive.
I LOVE this new cream from Malk. They make my favorite almond milk right now (just organic almonds, salt, and water) and it’s so nice to have a creamer made with cleaner ingredients that still tastes good.
We are also obsessed with sparkling wines. LMNT. Very good.
