How are you? I hope you had an amazing long weekend and your week started off great. I’m so excited to share something special with you: a Free 3-day event starting this Sunday, September 8thAnd the best part? It’s all happening right in your inbox! As many of you know, I am a big proponent of EquiLife’s quarterly detoxes. They are the perfect reset for our bodies, and our next community detox starts on September 16th. (Here’s the info if you’d like to participate!)

But before we get started, I’ve noticed a few questions popping up whenever I talk about these detoxes. One that comes up often is, “Do we really need to support our liver’s detoxification process?” The short answer is: absolutely.
