Fitness, health and good nutrition:
Melatonin. For years I was skeptical about melatonin, but with more information I changed my mind. I believe it can have benefits and can definitely be used as a tool to help me sleep better. I ordered this product to try at home and see if it would help me sleep on the long overnight flight (I’m usually too anxious to sleep) and it was a huge success. It helped me fall asleep and take a nap on the plane on the way to Spain.
We didn’t have any transition time to Spain – it was the first time we were able to jump off the plane on the first day and not feel completely jet-lagged.
