Ingredients

  • 1 Quest Coffee Protein Shake
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt, separated
  • ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix Quest smoothie, chia seeds, and ½ cup yogurt until well blended.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
