Ingredients
COFFEE BROWNIES
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- ¼ cup no-calorie sweetener
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup Quest Coffee Protein Shake
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8×8-inch pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
- Add the butter to a microwave-safe container and melt for 1 minute, stirring the butter.
- Add the chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring gently.
- Once smooth and no longer hot to the touch, add the sweetener and eggs.
- In another bowl, sift the flours, cocoa powder and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and the Quest Shake Coffee and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 hours before cutting into 16 bars and serving.
