- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 11” tart pan with nonstick spray.
- In a food processor, blend the flour and cocoa powder until combined.
- Add the melted butter and pulse until the mixture resembles sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Let cool.
- Cut the protein bar into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl along with 3 tablespoons of heavy cream. Microwave for 15 seconds, stir gently.
- Add the remaining heavy cream to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Pour the hot heavy cream over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
- Let sit for 4 minutes, add the melted Quest bar and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared base and let cool for 30 minutes before chilling for 2 hours.
- Whisk the heavy cream for the topping and then add the protein powder.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer over the top of the cake and top with crushed cookie pieces.
- Cut into 18 slices and serve.
