About Dr. Kyra Bobinet

Kyra Bobinet, MD, MPH, has continued and passionately studied the truth about the change in behavior for almost three decades as a doctor, public health leader, health executive and behavior expert. An innovative health award and thought leader, Dr. Bobinet has a MD of the UCSF School of Medicine and an MPH of Harvard University.

She belongs to the AIM laboratory of the Stanford Medicine School, where she has taught about the change in health behavior, and is CEO/founder of Fresh Tri, a behavior software company based on the last neuroscience of habits formation and the lasting change.
