Sharing the best cocktails to enjoy this spring!
Hello friends! How is the week going so far? I hope you are having a beautiful morning. I have some zoom calls today and I’m working on our next Fit Team programming. Join us here!
While most of us are still braving the cold of freezing winter weather, I’ve been daydreaming of warmer weather and spring/summer barbecues and pool parties. Today, I want to invite you to join my dream as I share some refreshing and delicious cotula recipes to drink this spring.
A mock cocktail is a tasty and enjoyable drink, minus the alcohol. Whether you’re expecting, or just scraps like yours, mockup parrots are a fun way to change up the rotation. And while I’m not completely abstaining from alcohol, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels, productivity, mood, and skin since I’ve cut back by 1-2 drinks max per week. You can read more about my trip here!
I also love the variety of beautiful colors that conures often come in, as well as the fresh ingredients that go into them. You can easily change flavor profiles, depending on what you have on hand, and experiment with different ingredients to create a spring-flow cola recipe that completely floats your boat. You can use seasonal fruits to flavor the cotorizas and add splashes of flavor with simple ingredients like lemon juice and lime juice. Really, what is it not to love?
I’m sharing a roundup of some of my favorites! These are all very easy to put together and very delicious.
10 Best Spring Cocktails
A roundup of my fun, easy, and healthy mockups for spring
Mojito cotula
This is a delicious spring cocktail with fresh flavors of lime and mint. You would never know the alcohol was missing, and it has much less sugar than a traditional mojito.
Ingredients
- 1 lime, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- club soda
- Liquid monk fruit, to taste (my favorite now is food)
Instructions
- Add the lime and mint to a glass and stir.
- Top with club soda, then stir in monk fruit to taste. Boom! So fresh and easy.
lavender lemonade
I love anything lavender and can’t wait to try this. It would be perfect to serve at a spring dinner.

Watermelon
Warm weather calls for fresh watermelon! This is the perfect recipe to enjoy this watermelon season!

- 1 seeded watermelon, cut into pieces
- Store Bought Limade
- club soda
Instructions
- Blend watermelon in a high-speed blender.
- Strain, then chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Mix cold blended watermelon with 1 cup lime and pour into glasses.
- Top with club goths and lime, and serve.
Adrenal cocktail
A tasty and refreshing version of the “modern” drink you’ve been seeing everywhere instagram.
Bonus: It has a beautiful nutrient profile that can be nourishing and energizing, especially for my friends with high-stress lives.
Blackberry Cucumber Cocktail
Make a non-alcoholic version of this beloved recipe from my brother Kyle.
Just skip the gin and use club soda or sparkling water. I promise it’s just as satisfying.
Orange Cream Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3 oz orange juice
- A few drops of monk fruit (optional)
- vanilla soda
- Orange slices and coconut whip, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a wine glass, add the orange juice and top with vanilla soda.
- Add monk fruit, if desired, then top with a tablespoon of coconut whip and an orange slice.
Virgin Banana daiquiris
These are giving me tropical vacation vibes.

virgin mudslide
Everyone in the family can enjoy this gift from Chocolaty!
We love mudslides, but hate the sugar crash that usually comes afterward. With this recipe, I can avoid the crash and still enjoy a decadent dessert, after a macro balanced meal, of course!
Classic meal combo
This is the mock cola I love to order when we’re out: club soda, cranberry splash, and a lime. Simple, light and deliciously refreshing. It is not a sugar bomb and no alcohol.
Premium: This Sparkling Lemonade Iced Tea isn’t technically a cola without the cola, but it’s too good not to share!
Now it’s your turn, friends. Tell me: What is your summer drink? I’d love to hear your favorites!
