Hello friends! Happy Friday! How was the week? I hope it was incredible. Ours started in Orlando and ended up returning in your with a sick pilot, and I fighting hahaha. This weekend, I am looking forward to the symphony, the time with friends, a walk and a trip to Phoenix for the first LIV dance competition of the season.

Disney World Adventures:

Disney was perfection, as always. We arrived on Friday night and slept a little before heading to Magic Kingdom on Saturday. We spend the day doing all the walks and have lunch in Be Our Guest. This is one of our basic products, but the food was especially surprising during this trip.

(He also had GF rolls and a French onion soup that they did without the cruton)

I mentioned the server that it was GF, she asked if there were allergies on the table and said she was not allergic, but I avoid it for health reasons, and brought so many gloss -free candies!

I have to admit that we feel disappointed by food in our last Disney cruise, and food in the parks this time was better. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was very easy to find options without gluten, proteins and vegetables between the usual cascade of Disney corn and sweet popcorn. 😉

We entered the park at 11 and we took a long paused lunch, but we could still make 15 attractions and close the park.

It was our first time in Tron and it was very fun.

On Sunday I was raining a little and they had predicted thunderstorms throughout the day.

We carry ponchos (always buy at Amazon; they are like $ 15 in the parks), and also suit Ponchos shoe, that ended saving the day !! We were totally dry and nobody had soaked feet. 😉

The good news is that the rain slowed down, there were no thunderstorms and we could make all the walks and attractions. I have a strange fear of dinosaurs, I think it’s because they were real at the same time, but they really scare me, and the family convinced me to conquer my fear and go to the dinosaur ride.

Hehaha went very well.

Avatar’s walks were a very necessary palate cleaner: the passage flight is epic every time.

We saw the Lion King show (so well) and had lunch in the canteen of Satu’li.

(Chicken, sweet potatoes, salad salad and chimichurri sauce)

We finish the night at Disney Springs and we woke up early for our flight from Monday morning!

It was a fast trip, but it was wonderful and the perfect way to celebrate LIV’s 13th birthday.

When unhappiness is the soul that cries for food.

My friend Julie He mentioned the program Younger Today I discovered it and fell in love with him last week. Netflix arose in my “recommended for you and had no idea that it was an older show: I thought it was new. I thought for myself: “Wow, between this and Hugh Jackman, Sutton Foster is really having a moment at this time.” It’s ingenious, fun, romantic, and I’ve been enjoying it as I walked through my paddle pad.

Fitness, health, life and good meals:

New toothpaste! I’ve been following Dr. b and Dr. Staci On Instagram for a while, so he was excited to try his brand. It is * very * sweet but I love the ingredients and it seems to do a good job so far. If you are looking for a cleaner toothpaste option, check it out! P tried it last night and loves.

I asked for a box of this hydrogen water and, although the taste is incredible, the shipment was horrible. It took me an eternity to send and half of the cans were abolled, so I have feelings found about it.
