Sharing my top blog posts and pages of 2024

Hello friends! How are you? How was the weekend? Ours was good. The kids spent a lot of time with friends, P played a basketball game and I taught two barre classes. The Pilot had to work and it is hard to believe that it was his last weekend of exercises; He’s retiring at the end of the month!

For today’s post, I’m sharing a summary of my top blog posts and pages from the past year. It’s always fun to review analytics and see which posts are doing well, and almost all of them are posts that I created to try to give a lot of value, like a recipe, a how-to, a full review, etc. It’s also interesting. year because many of these are posts where my SEO team came back and performed surgery. SEO is SEO and I like it! It’s also a great way to introduce the blog to new readers and prevent posts from publishing and dying.

Here’s the full summary!

Top posts and pages of 2024

1. The blog home page

This is the one that means the most to me because it means that most readers are my best internet friends and click directly to the blog without finding it through Google. I love spending time with all of you every day and it means a lot to me that you check in to see what’s going on. <3

2. Homemade and healthy food for dogs

Masiey’s dog food recipe! I loved writing this post because she absolutely LOVES this dog food, and so many people have let me know that their pups love it too! I make a huge batch every two weeks or so and she goes crazy for it.

3. Homemade gelatin gummies for intestinal health

This is a recipe that kids ask to make all the time; They love it and it is a very good way to incorporate some ingredients that nourish the intestine.

4. Easy enchiladas with roast chicken

Seriously, the easiest enchilada recipe that I make all the time and is a real crowd pleaser. Using rotisserie chicken also makes it much faster!

5. Ideas for a quiet Sunday dinner

I’m writing this post on a Sunday because I’m wondering what the heck we’re having for dinner, so this is one of those posts I wrote because I needed it myself 😉 It has some of our quick and delicious recipes. -dinner options.

6. Homemade protein ice cream

This protein ice cream is so good if you want a sweet treat with a little protein!

9. How to set up your Peloton bike (or any spin bike)

This is another post I wrote because I realized the information out there wasn’t very useful lol. When I made the video I thought, “I hope this helps a lot of people who are stumped by bike setup” and I’m so excited that it made a difference.

10. Morning detox drink with turmeric

This morning drink is warm and inviting with lemon and turmeric; one of my favorite ways to start the day.

11. How to Care for a Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree

Credit for this blog post goes 100% to Frida in all her glory. She’s a fussy girl and once I cracked the code on how to take care of her, I knew I needed to write a post about it.

12. Pvolve reviews and if it’s worth it

This is an exercise that I have fallen in love with over the past few years and was able to take a live class the last time we were in Scottsdale. If you’re looking for a low-impact workout focused on mobility and strength, this could be a great option.

13. How to train for a half marathon while strength training

Sharing tips on how to incorporate a solid training split while training for a half marathon.

14. Red Lentil Dahl Soup Recipe from Whole Foods

I love this soup from Whole Foods and used to buy it all the time. A couple of problems: I don’t like plastic-lined soup cups (hot food causes it to leak) and they’re expensive. I knew I could make it at home on the cheap with organic ingredients, and this copycat recipe tastes 100% like the real thing.

15. Mediterranean Egg Bites (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free)

These egg bites are perfect to prepare and store in the freezer. For a busy morning, just throw some in the toaster oven or microwave, grab some fruit, and go. Breakfast is served.

A simple texturizing spray recipe that you can prepare at home. You probably have most of the ingredients on hand, too.
