  • ¼ cup no-calorie sweetener
  • ½ tablespoon Quest Vanilla Shake Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup ricotta cheese with whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Deck:
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon multicolored sprinkles

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
