Ingredients

Deck:

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar-free mini chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter and stir gently.
  3. Let cool for 1 minute before adding the eggs and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
  5. Unwrap the Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bars and place them between two pieces of parchment paper.
  6. Microwave them for 5 seconds and then use a rolling pin to roll them out so each one measures about 4×8” and then place them on the dough.
  7. Bake the brownies for 14-16 minutes.
  8. Top with mini chocolate chips directly after removing from the oven, if desired. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into 16 squares and serving.
