Staying up to date with vaccinations is an easy and effective way to protect yourself from infections that affect the lungs, such as Covid, pneumonia and flu.

It is important to have regular checkups with a specialist who understands COPD. Since COPD worsens over time, it’s important to re-evaluate yourself as you age to make sure your treatments change with you.

There are many treatments available that help with COPD symptoms, but they only help if you take them.
