10.25 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend? We’re embarking on a Disney cruise with the crew! I’ll definitely report back on the adventures, but we’ll go straight from the Orlando fun to the cruise. This is Disney’s 5th cruise (the last one is here) and we definitely aren’t stopping anytime soon.

I also had an amazing time at the Reimagining Health Summit. I’ll have a full recap next week, but it was amazing to meet Dr. Cabral and the EquiLife team members, connect with other IHPs, learn from the amazing speakers, and also spend some time with my best friend in business. Gisela.

(with The guys from Mind Pump!)

(the jacket is Veronica Barba // skirt is here and the monkey is here)

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and from around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out something you like in the comments section below.

10.4 Friday Favorites

Fashion + beauty + random:

These floors. I was looking for classic flat shoes for everyday wear and ordered These. They fit true to size and had no adaptation time. They are comfortable right out of the box.

If you’re thinking about switching from polyester to organic cotton underwear, I just ordered a bunch of these. They are made of organic cotton and are on super sale.

F59 is back in stock, but get this botox in a bottle before it’s sold out again!

Read, watch, listen:

If you’re looking for something a little different for historical fiction, I finished this on the plane. and it was wonderful. Intriguing, witty, a plot woven between the modern and the past, and I loved the writing. I’ve been looking for another quick and fascinating read, so if you have any recommendations, please leave them in the comments!

In case you needed some new lunch ideas.

Fitness, health, life and good nutrition:

pilates with giselle at the Orlando Pilates Club. It was the perfect way to move our bodies before all the events and activities.

The Thankful Sammie from Dedicated, a bridal bakery and cafĂ© in Tucson. It had chicken (I ordered chicken instead of turkey), stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cranberry aioli. EVERY girlfriend and very, very satisfactory. I’m going back for another one.

The pilot’s birthday was yesterday, so even though I was here at the conference, he took the girls to Animal Kingdom with some friends who are also doing the cruise with us. Had a birthday lunch at Tusker House (a fun character dining experience) and dinner at Rainforest Cafe, where my SIL and niece were able to join. They’re also here for the cruise: it’s a giant party 🙂

(Liv said Daisy was cheating on the pilot haha)

P’s birthday is tomorrow. I can’t believe he’s turning 9! – and we surprised her with an excursion. I think she will love it.

We celebrated both birthdays with family last weekend before our trip. It was low key and perfect with pizza, cake, we set up the jumping castle and just enjoyed time with the family.

Have a happy weekend and see you soon.

Thank you very much for stopping by the blog today!

xoxo
