- 2 Apple Pie Search Bars
- 5 fuji apples
- 1 tablespoon calorie-free brown sugar
- a pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F, cut the Quest bars into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, place the pieces in a food processor or blender and blend until small crumbs form.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the bar pieces, sweetener, salt, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts.
- Add melted butter and combine.
