These healthy 30-minute main dishes will have you stopping yourself from even considering self-catering.
We’ve all been there: out of energy, thinking we’d rather just grab a drink than cook, but Don’t do itYou’ll feel much better if you prepare a quick meal that is fresh, tasty, and good for you.
Chances are you’ll save money too. My favorite dishes aren’t even made from a recipe. I take the salmon below (cooked from frozen) and add it on top of a bed of fresh mixed greens with a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon juice on top. DELICIOUS!
I can’t be with you (in the car on the way home from work), but I hope I can get inside your heads. You can do this! You can prepare better food and make better choices. Maybe not all the time, but most of the time.
Many of the recipes can be pulled straight from the pantry. I keep items like frozen chicken breasts, frozen fish, canned beans, canned tuna, and all sorts of foods that can’t be kept in the fridge at home so I’m prepared for a busy night. Yes, that takes planning, but it’s not that hard once you get the hang of it.
