Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a tart pan with nonstick spray.
- Place the unwrapped bars on a piece of parchment paper and microwave for 10 seconds.
- Cover with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten the bars.
- Cut the bars into 6 equal squares. Press each square into a cavity of the tart pan to form a “cup” and bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before filling with yogurt and topping with fruit.
