Ingredients
EDAMAME AND HALLOUMI BOWLS
- 8 oz halloumi cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, separated
- 3 cups arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup edamame
- ⅓ cup diced cucumber
- ⅓ cup pickled cabbage
- 2 bags Quest Chips with Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream
Method
