Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare 8 (3-inch) silicone donut pans with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped bar and milk. Microwave for 30-40 seconds and stir until melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly before adding the oil and eggs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and use a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients until there are no dry spots.
- Transfer the batter to a pastry bag and fill the donut molds about ¾ full.
- The batter should fill 8 molds. Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes and insert a toothpick and it should come out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing. Once cooled, mix together the glaze and dip each donut into the glaze, allowing any excess to drip off.
