The truth is that there is no shake that has a magical effect on weight loss. However, increasing your fiber intake can help you control your weight.

As an oat smoothie, Oatzempic is loaded with a form of dietary fiber called beta glucan. Beta-glucan can positively influence hunger hormones, helping you stay fuller longer. Naturally, regulating appetite can have effects on weight loss.
