Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pickles on a paper towel and remove as much moisture as possible.
- Add the flour and salt to a shallow bowl, the beaten egg to its own shallow bowl, and the crushed potato chips to its own shallow bowl.
- Coat each pickle with flour. Once each one is coated, cover them completely with egg and then completely with crushed chips.
- Place each coated pickle on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with ranch if desired.
