Ingredients
MISSION DEVIL EGGS
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips
Other:
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Method
- Boil and peel the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks in a bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon, chives, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper and then mix until combined.
- Add the crushed chips. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add hot water, food coloring, and vinegar.
- Pour in the egg whites and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Remove them and place them on a paper towel.
- Fill each egg white cavity with the yolk mixture and top with chopped chives. Attend.
