Ingredients

MISSION DEVIL EGGS

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips

Other:

  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

Method

  1. Boil and peel the eggs.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks in a bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon, chives, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper and then mix until combined.
  3. Add the crushed chips. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, add hot water, food coloring, and vinegar.
  5. Pour in the egg whites and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove them and place them on a paper towel.
  7. Fill each egg white cavity with the yolk mixture and top with chopped chives. Attend.
