Organifi green juice vs. Athletic Greens (AG1)

I’m sharing a full blog post showing the differences between Organifi and AG1 green juice and how I use them in my routine.

Hello friends! How are you? I hope you’re having a wonderful week! Are you ready for spring? Many of you are probably not too excited about the fact that spring allergies are starting to appear with the warmer weather.

I have to give credit to a couple of things that I use in my routine that I believe have helped keep my immune system strong: Organic green juice and athletic greens (also known as AG1). I have used and love both, so I thought I would share some of the benefits of these amazing products, the differences between them, and compare them, so you can get an idea of how they will work for you. .

Organifi Green Juice vs. Athletic Greens (AG1)

Benefits of drinking a daily green powder:

To be honest, it can be very difficult to get the nutrients we need from food alone. You have to be strategic about it, and this can be especially challenging if you’re juggling a lot of other things. Most of us don’t calculate our B2 needs throughout the day, and whether we’ve met them or not, you know what I mean? A powder can help us fill in the gaps, especially in certain vitamins and minerals.

I LOVE super greens powder because it often contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, superfoods, probiotics and adaptogens, which can help our body fight damage caused by toxins and environmental exposure, improve immune health, restore intestinal function and improve digestive health. and improve stress levels.

The low:

Most green powders are disgusting. I’ve tried MANY and most of them taste like you’re chewing on a tree. They are bitter, earthy, chalky and unpleasant. This may discourage many people from adding green powder to their routine.

Organifi Green Juice and Athletic Greens (AG1) are two that I love! They source high-quality ingredients, contain no harmful ingredients like artificial sweeteners, and put a lot of care, including third-party testing, into creating these nutrient-dense superfood powders.

While both offer a long list of health benefits, they serve different purposes, have different flavors, and you can choose which one you want to try, depending on your goals and preferences.

*As always, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before adding any new supplements to your routine. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice.

Organifi Green Juice vs. Athletic Greens AG1

The main differences between AG1 and Organifi Green Juice:

So which one should you choose? It depends on your specific goals and needs. If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to get your daily dose of greens and boost your energy levels, Organifi Green Juice is a great option. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a whole grain superfood powder that supports gut health and overall wellness, AG1 is the way to go.

Both Organifi Green Juice and AG1 They are great options for women who want to prioritize their health and fitness. They are easy to incorporate into your daily routine and can provide a number of benefits. I love the taste of both and have noticed a positive difference in my energy levels since adding them to my routine.

How to use Organifi green juice

when I was taking AG1, was every 3-4 days or so. This is because it has a LOT of vitamins and nutrients and I think some would be too much to take every day. (It’s worth mentioning here that I took it every day for about a month when I first tried it and felt AMAZING. I just don’t think it would be a good idea for me to do it for that long.) term.) The thing about vitamins and supplements is that you need to stagger them to feel the effects. It can also help “teach” your body what it needs without relying on the supplement forever. Some supplements will lose their effectiveness over time. (I learned this the hard way lol. If you’re curious for more details, check out the book.) Dirty genes; does an excellent job of explaining this.)

Since finding out I have Candida overgrowth, I stopped taking AG1 and went back on Green Organifi. It doesn’t have excess probiotics, which I don’t need right now while I’m healing my gut.

Both options are excellent mixed with water, on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before breakfast.

Do Athletic Greens have caffeine?

So is there caffeine in Athletic Greens? The answer is yes, but don’t worry just yet!

Athletic Greens contains a small amount of natural caffeine from matcha green tea, which is used to improve energy and focus without the jittery feeling that can come from synthetic sources of caffeine. This means you can still enjoy the many benefits of Athletic Greens, such as being a great source of vitamins from organic ingredients and containing 7.2 billion probiotics, without worrying about overdoing it on caffeine. Additionally, it’s important to note that Athletic Greens also contains other ingredients like coconut water and monk fruit, which can provide natural sources of caffeine-free energy and sweetness. So don’t worry, you can still get your dose of green superfood powder without having to sacrifice your caffeine preferences.

In comparison with Organifi Green Juice, Athletic Greens offer similar benefits with the added bonus of being made in a GMP-certified facility and FDA-approved. Additionally, Athletic Greens has a unique flavor that many users prefer to Organifi’s typical “green” flavor. There you have it: a little caffeine from the matcha green tea in Athletic Greens shouldn’t be a concern for you.

Is AG1 safe for pregnancy?

Athletic Greens does not recommend taking AG1 if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without first consulting your doctor.
