Ingredients
BACON CHEESE BURGER BITES
- 3 oz cheddar cheese (block)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 bags Quest Cheese Crackerscrushed
- 4 strips bacon, crumbled
- 14 pickled cucumbers
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cheese into 14 equal-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine meat, salt, pepper, egg, crackers, and bacon.
- Make 14 evenly sized balls and make a cut in the center of each.
- Add a cube of cheese and form the meat around the cheese and form it into a ball then place it on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and cook through.
- Remove from oven, top with pickles and a toothpick. Serve with ketchup or mustard.
