Method
- Line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Add heavy cream, butter, and sweetener to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate.

- Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
