Method

  1. Line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. Add heavy cream, butter, and sweetener to a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate.
  4. Once smooth, add vanilla and protein powder.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
  6. Top with the chopped Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar and chill for 2 hours before cutting into 14 pieces and serving.
