‘Tis cookie season, and according to Instagram, they better be awesome. We’ve got you covered with the Questified Cranberry Bliss bars that use Quest Cinnamon Brown Butter Protein Cookies because they’re packed with festive ingredients and deliciously filling proteins.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 6×6 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cookies in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form.
  3. Add the cashew butter and pulse until combined, add half the blueberries and white chocolate pieces and combine.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Place the cream cheese in the bowl of a freestanding mixer and beat until fluffy.
  6. Add the milk, proteins and sweetener and beat until combined.
  7. Spread the mixture over the cookie layer and top with the remaining blueberries.
  8. Melt remaining white chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  9. Drizzle over the top of the happiness bars. Cool for 1 hour.
  10. Cut into 8 triangles and serve.
