Friday Faves 12.15 – The Fitnessista

Hello friends! Happy Friday! How is the week going? I hope you’ve had a wonderful one so far! We are going on vacation (I will post the adventures on IG stories) and I hope to have a lot of fun. I hope you have an amazing weekend ahead!

I didn’t have time to run the random number generator before hitting the road, so you have a couple more days to enter the Favorite Things giveaway! I’ll edit this post on Monday morning with the winners and then email them as well. Hop on if you haven’t already.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and from around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out something you like in the comments section below.

Favorites from Friday 12.15

Fashion + beauty:

This sweater dress of the latest Unlimited RTR shipping. It could be a keeper as it fits well and is easy to dress up or down.

I have been looking for a good eye primer that doesn’t irritate my eyes and this has been the winner.

I LOVE these sparkly heels for Christmas dinners and parties.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Latest butcherbox It has arrived and we are stocked for the Christmas banquet. I added a whole turkey to our delivery, two beef tenderloins (we made this last year and they were amazing), and the usual purchases: ground beef, steak, tri tip, brisket, whole chicken, chicken thighs, salmon, and scallops. butcherbox It has the best quality and makes grocery shopping so much easier (and less expensive). My full ButcherBox review is here.

Exciting news! You can now use FSA and HSA funds to Higher DOSE. I love that more and more companies are offering this. If you have funds that expire at the end of the year, this is a great opportunity to use them in a sauna blanket, red light mask or PEMF Go Mat. You can also stack my code FITNESSISTA15 for an extra 15% off.

Christmas tree with cheese board! My friend giselle I posted a similar one, so I tried to replicate it for a Christmas gathering. Everything is from Trader Joe’s and the tree plates are from Home Goods.

We went to some friends house and learned how to make pasta!! We felt like we were back in Italy. 🙂

new hiking boots. This is my last I also live barefoot – P and I use Vivobarefoot constantly and was very excited to try their hiking boots. It’s the ideal season for hiking and I can already say that they will be my favorite shoes. I missed the entire spring hiking season because I was dealing with the eye saga, so I’ve been trying to live up to it.

organize released their kids’ green juice this week, so I instantly ordered it for the girls (and pre-ordered the Shilajit gummies). I already know they are going to love it because they often sip my Organifi green juice. I love that it is full of vitamins, minerals and includes fiber, probiotics and a delicious apple flavor. No fillers or foreign ingredients.

You can check it out here and this link will automatically apply my code., FITNESSISTA, which offers you a 20% discount. (Can also be accumulated with any current promotion).

Read, watch, listen:

Liv and I went to see Waitress the musical The movie last weekend and it was everything I could have wanted and more. I’ve known the songs for many years, but I’ve never seen them live. This was definitely the best option. I think I cried four times and Liv loved it too. Apparently she will be on Disney+ this summer!
