Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine (Athens, Ohio) has selected the project team to build a $66.9 million translational research facility project on campus.
Located near the university’s medical school, the facility will house translational research by faculty and students and will be the new home for the university’s community health programs.
The project team includes architectural firms. Design group (Columbus, Ohio) and Perkins and will (Chicago) and construction director Gilbane (Chicago).
Construction of the new facility is scheduled to begin in mid-2024 and is expected to be completed in 2025.
