HALLOWEEN EYES QUESTIONED
Method
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and protein powder until smooth.
- Separate them into 10 equal-sized balls and place them on a piece of parchment paper (they will flatten a little).
- Freeze for 1 hour. Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a glass bowl over a small pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally until melted.
- Remove about 3 tablespoons of white chocolate and set aside.
- Place a scoop of frozen peanut butter on a fork and pour white chocolate on top, letting the excess drip off.
- Place the coated peanut butter ball on the baking sheet, add 1 Quest Coated Candy in the center.
- Repeat until you have covered all the peanut butter balls.
- Add the red food coloring to the reserved white chocolate and then place it in a resealable plastic bag and cut a small piece from the corner to make a piping bag.
- Make red veins running down the coated candy.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and use a toothpick to make a dot in the center of the candy.
- Chill until solid and ready to serve.
