Ingredients
SPICY JALAPENO POPPER CHEDDAR CHEESE BALL
- 16 oz low-fat cream cheese (2 packages), room temperature
- ¼ cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 Quest Spicy Cheese Crackerscrushed
- 1 cup cheddar jack cheese, grated
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, spices, half the biscuits, half the cheddar cheese, ¾ of the bacon, and ¾ of the jalapeños.
- Add the mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap, lift up the sides and cover well, forming into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Combine remaining cheese crackers, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onion in a shallow bowl, cover, and chill.
- Once the cheese ball is cool, unwrap it and roll it in the cracker-cheese mixture, covering it completely.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables and serve.
