Menopause is a natural part of life that every menstruating person will go through at some point.
But if you feel self-conscious talking about menopause, we listen to you. Even though more than half of the population experiences this change, there are still stigmas and disparities in education about the different ways menopause can affect the body, mind, and everyday life.
